You
have probably heard that the country’s two biggest teaching unions the NUT and
NASUWT have called its members to go on strike on 17th October. Many
teachers here at Cabot are members of those unions and will be striking on that
day. This means we will have to close to some year groups. We
will be open for Years Two and Six only. I understand this will cause
disruption for you which is why I am trying to give you as much notice as
